Dear Customer Service Manager;
In the last 2 months, I've been using your products on many occasions and I have been very satisfied with the results. However, I just bought automatic washing machine from your company and I have been satisfied with the product.
First of all, when I try to wash clothes using your product, I found that I was very disappointed with the workings of automatic washing machine of your product has made my clothes were damaged after use. Secondly, I look after the use of both automatic washing machine is often experienced no operation of clothes dryers, so I became old clothes to dry. After further examination I see that your product is a lot to make me disappointed with the number of automated systems that exist in it.
When I went to the local store # 888 where the goods I buy and I do not think they just laughed when I explained my dissatisfaction with the product. They are even being rude and not help me at all, they claimed that I had to take another repair place.
When I took him to the place of reparations, I saw that the automatic washing machine is not working properly and turned components used therein komponen2. This is not because the operation or misuse. I verified this with an automatic washing machine company's local service.
Because your company claims as the "Leader in Customer Satisfaction" with no hassle 1 year warranty on all products, I want to see your store into this problem and provide a refund.
